Project implementation
This is the phase of the actual realisation of the project. The aproaved plan is the basis of the implementation phase. It is essential to control and to follow up the agreements during the different steps of the implementation phase. There will be a number meetings and discussions during this phase. The implemenation phase will be concluded with a final approval of the results. If necessary eaDHome will support the users in the control of the new equipment.
